NGC 4565: sehr helle Galaxie, extrem dünn, deutlich helleres Zentrum aber kein Kern zu sehen. Das Staubband ist im Zentralbereich recht breit und gut zu sehen. Es kann bis etwa zur Hälfte nach außen verfolgt werden. Die kleinere Seite neben dem Staubband ist nur sehr schwach. Im Osten ist ein kleiner Knoten.
NGC 4565: Very bright galaxy, extremely thin, very brighter center but no visible nucleus. The dust lane is broad and easy to detect. Its extend is visible to the half of the galaxy. The smaller side next to the dust lane ist very faint. A small knot is visible in the east.
